Returns Policy

We hope you love your Moss & Mint order.

If you are not fully satisfied, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
